you partner is a reflection of yourself
Have you ever participated in a ‘how well do you know your partner’ quiz, ‘how well do you know your partner’ questions, or ‘how well do you know your partner’ game? So how well do you really know your partner? Let’s take a closer look at your relationship. How well do you communicate with each other? Does your partner often upset you? Does he/she do things you don’t want them to do, or do they not do things you wish they did?
In other words, do you feel as though they do not fulfill your “needs?” Before you decide to find someone else who you think will give you what you want or need, consider deeply that maybe none of it has to do with them.
It can be an indication that something in your relationship has gone askew when you find yourself searching for “How well do you know your partner questions”, “How well do you know your partner quiz”, or “How well do you know your partner game”. It’s natural to question why things occur to us. We also start to ask ourselves what does this mean for our relationships and the health of our romantic life. It does no good to us when we feel misunderstood by our partner.
On another note, a partner who challenges you is someone who can bring you directly to the highest aspects of yourself. They will show you all of your own hidden shadows and the parts of yourself you are running away from. It sounds terrifying, but it is through this process that you can liberate yourself from limiting, false beliefs. These false beliefs lie dormant inside of you, creating a more symbiotic relationship between you and your partner.
This kind of partner can be your portal to the divine if you allow it.
If you are willing to buckle up your seat belt tightly when the ride gets bumpy, then there is a tremendous amount of freedom and liberation on the other side. Instead of asking how well do you know your partner, or how well do you know me, we have to instead start inquiring from within.
The issues that come up in your relationship are not about your partner but are about a piece of you. This piece of you wants to feel seen. The things you are not getting from your partner are not about them fulfilling these needs.
How well do you know me?
No one will ever be able to fulfill your needs but you. Nor will anything outside of fulfill you or make you happy. When you think to yourself different ‘How well do you know your partner’ questions, or perhaps suggesting to do a Buzzfeed ‘How well do you know your partner’ quiz or ‘How well do you know your partner’ game, you can instead use this time for some self-reflection.
Instead of channeling energy towards ‘How well do you know your partner’ questions, think back to your childhood to understand what was missing from your past that you desire in the present? Rather than considering a ‘How well do you know your partner’ quiz, ponder what exactly you learned from your previous relationships. Instead of spending energy on a random ‘How well do you know your partner’ game, think about the last time you enjoyed going to an event with your partner.
If you come across difficulties in your relationship that are about your partner needing to change for you, these are actually opportunities to see how you can fulfill those needs within yourself. Once you do this, it will open the door to your partner reflecting these needs back to you. What is within yourself will be reflected back. Or better, it won’t even matter to you any longer because that perceived void or lack thereof will be filled from within.
We tend to project our issues onto the ones we love.
In fact, it’s never about the story that is happening, but what the feelings are underneath the story. When this is can be understood, you will see that it isn’t really about them. It actually frees you from the emotional charge you were experiencing. You can, therefore, comprehend that this was a hidden pain that was within you waiting to be expressed. This is a true union with the divine. The divine within yourself, with your partner simply being a reflection of it.
This type of union isn’t just for your evolution but for your partner as well. If you are feeling as though your partner may not be willing to be as objective or conscious, just apply it for yourself and see what happens. Either way, your frequency will help shift them, or you will attract someone else who will. You might find that in the end, you won’t ask your significant other “How well do you know me?”. In your heart, you will feel that your partner sees you and understands you in a way that no one else does.
You are one blessed being, living in such a relationship. This will allow you to dive deeper into the depth of your being. Thank your partner deeply for not giving you what you want so that it can bring you closer to the truth of who you really are. Thank the magic that has brought you two together!
