If you happen to pay a visit to the notorious Green School campus in Mambal, do not miss the opportunity to have a taste of the delicious food served at Living Food Lab, the only raw restaurant in the middle of the jungle.

Living Food Lab offers amazing, healthy, raw treats from savory items to sweets. Founded by school parent Avara and Steve, this healthy alternative to school lunches has been created by raw aficionados to support parents and kids enrolled at Green School, and to further expose children to the joy and benefit of raw food.

We love the Big Salad where you can choose up to 7 raw toppings and 4 different dressings, or their Mango Wrap, with cashew cheese, raw veggies and some other well kept secret ingredients to die for.

On a juice detox? No worries, you will find tasty green juices all day long (at least until school ends) along with watermelon/lemon juices, infused coconut water (try the vanilla!) or turmeric jamu revitalising healing drink made of turmeric, orange juice and honey)

Room for dessert? A tempting selection of raw delights such as the Ice Cream Sandwich or the Nanaimo Bar (cashew paste, honey, raw cacao coating), Banana Stick (chocolate coated frozen banana), Blueberries or Key Lime Cheesecakes, and various essential oils infused chocolate!

Once your body is satisfied and full of nutrients, you can then be escorted to a Green School Tour for a drastic immersion into the beauty of the Agung River's luscious forest.

Living Food Lab has a sister location inside the Hubud co-working space in Ubud.
