The BreathingCold Essential Experience is a journey into self-discovery unlike any other I’ve taken. Set amidst the serene rice fields of Ubud, Bali just an 8-minute walk behind Room4Desert, this two-day workshop was about more than just breathwork and ice baths—it was about transformation, clarity, and the pursuit of connection.

The first thing that attracted me to Alex’s workshop was the promise of a deeper connection with myself, and I wasn’t disappointed. From the first moment, I knew this was going to be a profound journey that would challenge and inspire me.
