These delicious chocolate cookies are quick and easy to make and perfect for a gluten-free diet!
Whip the white until hard. Melt the chocolate “bain marie’s style”. Whip the yolks with the sugar. Once the chocolate is melted mix it with the yolks.
Drizzle the cacao powder over the whites. Slowly and delicately mix the whites with the chocolate/yolks mixture.
Cook at 170 degrees for about 4 to 5 minutes.
