with a Hint of Mint
When summer is here and the weather gets hot and sunny, this colorful smoothie will keep you cool.

Peel, seed and cut the cucumber into pieces.

Peel, seed and cut the apples into 4.

Wash and chop the celery.

Put all these three ingredients in a high speed blender (check out the Vitamix) to obtain a smooth consistency, add the mint leaves and mix it all.

Serve chilled.

Notes & tips: When possible and available choose organic produce. Place a mint leave on top of the drink for visual effect.

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 2 apples
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 20 mint leaves
