Protein packed alternative
Almond Milk is a great tasty alternative to cow's milk or soy milk. It can be used in teas, coffees, cakes and poured over your favorite cereals.

Mix the soaked almonds and the water in a high-speed blender until the almonds are liquified.

Add a couple of dates for a sweeter taste.

And that’s it – simple, delicious and nutritious milk in a few minutes.

This easy- to- follow recipe will keep fresh for about 4-5 days stored in a glass jar in a fridge.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup almonds (soaked over night)

1 1/2 cup water

Optional

2-3 dates (pitted)
