On Sunday, 21 April 2024, The Apurva Kempinski Bali proudly hosted “EMPOWER HER”, an exclusive event focused on women’s development and wellness. This event, set to become an annual tradition, aims to inspire and support the personal and professional growth of women in Bali and beyond.

Held in the luxurious surroundings of The Apurva Kempinski Bali, EMPOWER HER offered participants a nurturing day designed to elevate their personal well-being. With expert guidance from Apurva Spa and The Yoga Barn, the event included a series of workshops and activities tailored to enhance self-love, self-worth, and overall wellness.

The day began with Morning Stretching, a calming session to center the body and prepare for the activities ahead. This was followed by an energizing Power Yoga class, designed to challenge both the body and mind. The day concluded with Candle Night Sound Healing Meditation, offering a peaceful and soul-soothing end to the event. Each session was carefully curated to provide a holistic experience for all participants.

Honoring R.A. Kartini and supporting a noble cause

EMPOWER HER celebrated the spirit of R.A. Kartini, a pioneer of women’s empowerment in Indonesia, and honored her legacy. The event’s proceeds were donated to the ROLE Foundation and Bali Wise Program, both of which focus on providing education and training for young Indonesian women.

By participating, attendees not only nurtured themselves but also contributed to empowering the future of women in Indonesia.
