Early Journey into Yoga

Cassie’s journey into yoga began during a particularly stressful period in her life. While working in a fast-paced corporate environment, she found herself seeking a way to reconnect with her body and manage the daily stress that was taking a toll on her mental health. It was through a local yoga class that she first experienced the profound benefits of the practice. What started as a way to unwind after long workdays quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for yoga and wellness.

Yoga Teacher Training and Certifications

After years of practicing yoga, Cassie made the decision to deepen her understanding of the practice by enrolling in a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. The training opened her eyes to the philosophy, anatomy, and breathwork aspects of yoga, which she now integrates into her teaching. Over the years, she has completed several advanced certifications, including trainings in restorative yoga, prenatal yoga, and meditation techniques.

Teaching Philosophy and Approach

Cassie believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, body type, or fitness level. Her classes are designed to be inclusive and accessible, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Cassie encourages her students to listen to their bodies and move in a way that feels natural, while still challenging themselves to grow.
