The perfect holiday treat, gluten free, dairy, free and refined sugar free! Satisfy your taste buds without the guilt!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.

Mix all ingredients together into a bowl - should form a nice dough mixture. Refrigerate dough in fridge for 20 mins (to harden so you can form into balls easier AND to get the soft chewy inside, yum!)

Once done in fridge, form tablespoon sized balls on a parchment lined baking sheet.

They will flatten as they cook so only need to pat them down a bit.

Place in oven for 10 - 15 minutes, depending on how soft/crispy you like.

I place mine for 12 - 15 minutes.

Let cool on cooling rack for at least 10 minutes before devouring...all of them! They are too addicting, enjoy!

Makes 10 medium sized cookies.

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, softened
  • 1/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon blackstrap molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (may vary depending on how much cinnamon you like)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt (pinch of sea salt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
