The Monsieur Spoon café was created as the result of a passion for food and pastries, dreamt up by its French owner and head chef Rafi Papazian. 

Rafi, who founded Monsieur Spoon (now sold to a Jakarta Investor) along with his cousin, Gregory Guerguerian, also have three other locations 4 other locations in Seminyak, Umalas and Ubud, Pererenan.

Monsieur Spoon was born from the passion for food and French pastries of Rafi Papazian, the French chef and founder. Along with his cousin Gregory Guerguerian, Rafi opened the first Monsieur Spoon and has since expanded to four other locations in Seminyak, Umalas, Ubud, and Pererenan.
