Stefan Warth

I was born and raised in London, England. After finishing my school career early, i started to work in the corporate world of marketing, which lasted for 10 years (too long)! In that time, i discovered Yoga and a spiritual path, which slowly gave me the strength to change my life for the better.

Lots of travelling and soul searching, along with practising yoga, i decided to immerse myself fully on a yoga teacher training, which i completed in 2011. To be able to pass on the knowledge of yoga to others is an incredible gift.

After a long time away from studying, my passion for learning was ignited again and i began to re-discover the things i loved before i got caught up in the corporate world, one of which was writing.

My writing is inspired by all things spiritual and yoga, blended with my love of art, music, movies and poetry which i hope to share more and more.

Fate has lead me to the Yogi Times family, which i am so grateful for. I cant wait for this journey to develop!

I owe this very moment to my family, friends and my teachers, who have encouraged and supported me on my path and always inspired me.

I am doing it..because i love to share what inspires me, in the hope that it will inspire others.

My strength? Not being afraid to dive in.

My soft spot? Dogs & British Comedy.
