Anastasia Shevchenko

Anastasia (born 1988 in Kiev, Ukraine), is a Berlin-based yoga teacher. Since her move to Canada in 2003, Anastasia took up yoga to combat scoliosis. Anastasia loves the intense physical practice of the Ashtanga Yoga, and is a dedicated practitioner of the 8 Limbs of Yoga. Her main interests lie in the sphere of yoga and spirituality, which she loves to reflect on in connection to other disciplines such as the arts, the sciences, and the different philosophical traditions. Since the end of 2017, Anastasia is also organizing Berlin Yoga Conference to take place in 2019 for the first time ever.
