Michelle’s style of yoga is greatly shaped by the wisdom that has resonated from countless teachers and is deeply enriched and inspired most specifically by Pepper Monroe and Elena Brower. Her classes weave together aspects of hatha, yin, katonah, kundalini, and restorative yoga. And her interest in both the cosmic connection and energy healing is threaded throughout her teachings. She currently leads monthly Full Moon circles and individual classes on her recent travels around the world.
Michelle also mentors and coaches on an individual basis; empowering others desiring to transition to a healthier lifestyle using a combination of yoga, meditation, and holistic self-care rituals.
