I first discovered yoga in London in 2000. With a background in media, anthropology, and a stint in PR, I experimented with a variety of yoga paths, before deciding to trade my desk for a yoga mat, and embark on an intensive Yoga training course in India. Currently I practice at Astanga Yoga London, and carry on learning through workshops and with my teacher. I have studied with a number of inspiring teachers such as R. Sharath Jois, David Swenson, Rolf Naujokat, Emil Wendel and Norman Blair.

I am fascinated by yoga in all its forms, its effects, and the intricate links between physical and mental wellbeing. I love helping and watching students develop, and believe yoga is a lifelong learning process: a dedicated, regular –and yet fun- practice can only bring forth increased energy and happiness.

I am also a freelance writer and love sharing my passion for yoga, travel and the environment both off the mat and across the globe.
