Calling BS on Bubble Baths 🛁 I support high achieving women to take off that ‘I am strong, and fine’ mask to live life on their terms, connected to their authentic selves leading a joyful and calm life. I do this by linking Neuroscience, yoga, spirituality and community together as an all rounded approach to making self care a lifetime, far beyond the occasional bubble bath.

Early Life and Turning Challenges into Opportunities

Back in 2014, when I was just 18 years old, life threw me a curveball with a Rheumatoid Arthritis diagnosis. But instead of letting it define me, I made a bold decision: to take charge of my well-being and embark on a journey of self-care and self-discovery. Little did I know that this would lead me to where I am today, guiding amazing individuals like you towards a life filled with balance, joy, and authenticity.

Building a Conscious Community

My approach to well-being goes far beyond bubble baths and surface-level self-care. It's about creating a lifestyle that nurtures your mind, body, and spirit. As an expat in Germany, I've built a Conscious Community of over 300 like-minded souls who are all walking this transformative path with me. Together, we gather in regular yoga classes, women's circles, and cacao ceremonies to connect, heal, and support one another.

Expanding the Reach Through Retreats and Online Membership

But my passion doesn't stop there. I also curate immersive retreats that take us to breathtaking locations where we can dive deep into self-exploration and personal growth. And for those who seek ongoing support and inspiration from the comfort of their own homes, I offer an exclusive online wellbeing membership that provides access to transformative practices, valuable resources, and a supportive community.

Personal Growth and Continuous Learning

Having faced a chronic illness so young, a challenging childhood, experience as an expat in a country I knew only my partner in but no language or other people, and having lost a best friend due to my move, it has shaped my view on life. My resilience and determination was clear on getting closer to getting to know myself all over again, taking off that people-pleasing mask and re-learning who I am, what my wants and desires are. Now being able to do this work, having done and still continuing to do, my own self-growth journey, I know this is what I am here to do.

Holistic Approach to Well-being

I believe that we are spiritual beings in a physical world, and we shouldn’t just live up in the clouds of spirituality and the universe but also take care of a very physical neurological body that we have. This is why I take the approach of Body Mind and Soul in all the spaces I hold, as these combined, and separate allow us to feel more whole, healed, and supported.

From Corporate to Care

Before dedicating my life to well-being, I had a successful career in account and strategy management in the corporate world. I understand the unique challenges that high-achieving women face in that environment – the physical and psychological toll it can take. That's why I draw from neuroscience, yoga, spirituality, and community-building to provide a holistic approach to well-being tailored specifically for you.

Looking to the Future

I’m continuing my education by expanding my knowledge in other fields like the Mayan culture and cacao ceremonies, Somatic Movement Meditations and in the future I would love to do breathwork facilitator training as well.
