I began Yoga back in 2007 to improve flexibility and supplement a strength training program I was participating in. Over the years I discovered that Yoga was more than just ‘stretch.’
When I participated in Yoga frequently, I felt much calmer and more able to deal with stress. Since then I’ve learned so much more. Today as a Yoga teacher, I love to explore the impact Yoga has on the mind and body.
I teach a dynamic form of Yoga that equally stretches and strengthens. My classes are energizing and uplifting with a focus on improving flexibility, connecting breath to movement, and developing deep mental focus that you can take with you into real life.
Yoga is different for everybody. However, I believe that Yoga is not about how flexible you are it’s about what you learn on the way down.
