Carrie B Cottrill
The yogini artist lighting the way
Carrie B Cottrill is many things, yogini, artist, educator, creator, and spark plug of soulful inspiration. Known to many as “Carrie B, the wild child,” she blends decades of wisdom, vibrant creativity, and an unapologetic zest for life to help others live more mindfully, expressively, and joyfully. From Aveda salon to Asana alignment
Carrie’s journey began in 1990 with scissors in hand at her Aveda salon in Tempe, AZ. But while haircuts paid the bills, it was a book on rejuvenation that reshaped her life. Armed with curiosity and an Iyengar yoga teacher (thanks to salon chair conversations), she went from gym stretch classes to 23,000+ hours of deep yogic study, earning her E-RYT500 status with Yoga Alliance. Today, she teaches private yoga and meditation sessions that combine asana precision, pranayama (breath control), and real-world compassion for those intimidated by traditional yoga studios.Art meets Om, the birth of “Meditate to Create”

It's not just a class, it’s a soul cleanse with paint splatters.
