Amanda started yoga in her early 20s, seeking stress relief and more balance. She started on the mat for the physical benefits and soon discovered yoga was so much more than that. It became her spiritual and emotional home, helping her navigate life’s ups and downs more quickly and peacefully. That’s when she started to dive deeper into yoga philosophy and eventually went on to do formal yoga teacher training.Yoga Teacher Training and Certification
Amanda’s love for yoga turned into a desire to teach. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Vinyasa flow, Hatha yoga, and breathwork.
