Allison’s journey into wellness began with her education at the University of Michigan, where she earned a degree in Developmental Psychology and English. However, post-graduation life in Chicago left her feeling unfulfilled. Realizing she craved both a warmer climate and a deeper purpose, she embarked on a transformative journey that took her to Miami and later Los Angeles. It was in LA that she fully embraced yoga, a practice she had dabbled in since the age of 15. What started as a simple form of exercise quickly evolved into an exploration of physical, mental, and energetic well-being. She was captivated by the layers of yoga—from asanas and breathwork to the subtle body’s chakras and ancient philosophical wisdom. This passion led her to pursue a 500-hour yoga teacher training, a pivotal step in her holistic wellness career.

Bringing Wellness to the Corporate World

Allison’s move to New York City opened new doors. Within a year, she was leading corporate yoga and wellness sessions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and New Jersey. Her ability to translate ancient wellness practices into practical, modern-day solutions made her a sought-after instructor. However, despite her success, Allison was struggling with chronic pain. Searching for deeper healing, she completed her Integrative Health Coaching Certification with Duke Integrative Medicine. She soon realized that wellness isn’t just about the physical body—it’s about emotional resilience, energy alignment, and holistic self-care.

The "Ah-Ha!" Moment: Embracing Energy Medicine

Allison’s journey took a profound turn when she discovered the power of energy medicine and essential oils.
