Tracy Dean is a certified Yoga instructor and has a diploma as a Recreation Therapist. In her experience she has realized that there are many types of people who need the benefits that yoga can bring. She also has a background in martial arts and is a certified Pilates instructor. Tracy has a passion for learning and applying that knowledge to help others achieve their goals in life. Other interests include healthy eating and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.
