Yoga Therapy: Rachelle has studied Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Restorative, Purna Yoga, Para Yoga and ViniYoga. Rachelle's broad background enables her to effectively tailor each class to the physical ability and constraints of her clients.
Meditation: Rachelle is an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 Teacher through the Integrative Restoration Institute. iRest is an evidence-based meditative practice and form of mindfulness training effective for anyone suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia, PTSD or Chronic Pain.
