Nadine Johnson began practicing yoga as a way to unwind. Yoga enabled her remain healthy and prosper in her creative profession while working 12-hour days and travelling over 100K miles each year. She began teaching in order to assist others in achieving a good life balance. In her teaching, she has always incorporated her constant practice of Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga. Her passion for circus instruction and aerial arts contributes to a robust and thriving profession as well as safe teaching. She gives you precise and simple instructions to help you advance your practice. When she's not teaching seminars and retreats throughout the world, you can locate her in San Fran, California.
