Nadine Johnson began practicing yoga as a way to unwind. Yoga enabled her remain healthy and prosper in her creative profession while working 12-hour days and travelling over 100K miles each year. She began teaching in order to assist others in achieving a good life balance. In her teaching, she has always incorporated her constant practice of Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative Yoga.
