I am a freelance writer who lives, works, and breathes health, wellbeing, fitness, sports, features, and events.

My Contently page, http://luciahelenviti.contently.com/, features samples of my recent writing. Additionally, I have many portfolios that span years. American Fitness Magazine, this same trade journal of the National Academy of Sports Medicine as well as the AFAA, and several San Diego County community newspapers and national magazines, are among the publications.

Additionally, I've produced a series of Sweet Kitty Calendars (using my photographs and designs), which are available at Barnes & Noble. My photography is currently available for purchase on a local level in San Diego.

I've been vigorously tasked with writing all forms of communication in the health and wellness, fitness, yoga, and medical communications genres, as well as features on locally and nationally events of all best interest.

However, I believe that the writing of my narrative memoir, Dr. Tom's War –

A Daughter's Journey, in honor of my father's provider as a Naval Physician in An Hoa, The Republic of South Vietnam in 1967, demonstrates my talent and ability to not only step outside of my writing box, but to completely abandon it; the sky is the limit for my writing ability. Please note that this is NOT a self-published book.
