Katerina Vasilopoulou-Spitha

Katerina Vasilopoulou-Spitha is a yoga instructor, a zen meditation practitioner, a musician and a meditation music fan.

She has a keen interest in incorporating zen meditation techniques into her classes as well as in discovering linkages between Hindu philosophy and other ancient philosophies, such as ancient  greek, that could serve to unravel aspects of the yoga philosophy and practice.

Apart from yoga, she loves spending time reading, writing, going to the beach, having fun with friends and composing her own songs in ancient greek lyre.
