Yoga is my passion. An Austrian native, I discovered yoga around 2001 through a friend's recommendation while living in the USA. Since then, I've been extensively studying yoga philosophy and practicing yoga asana. My love of the practice resulted in me exploring the many different branches of yoga, to include Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and more. I received my 200 hr. yoga teacher training certificate through Yoga Alliance and have been studying with many renown teachers around the world.

But long story short, Yoga has changed me and my life. It's as simple as that. For many years I was caught in the rat race, running a successful real estate practice, which enabled me to be my own boss, yet got me wrapped up in living a stressful life being at a beck and call of any of my clients 24/7. It was through yoga, which taught me to take care of myself first and foremost, and to honor my own unique journey, that I finally was able to jump fully into life and follow my Dharma. But the greatest changes were in my thoughts and in my heart:  Patience with myself. Compassion for others. Acceptance of things as they are. Yoga is my compass that always shows me the way to my true north. And this experience I want to share.

I finally ended up listening to the innermost call and found a sancturary in Costa Rica, where I now share my experience, and hope to inspire other people to find their true north. I teach Bhakti Vinyasa Flow, Sunset Yoga, Yoga for Surfers, and help people find presence and get grounded through yoga retreats in beautiful sanctuaries around the world. When not teaching yoga, you will find me doing nature photography, and preparing for my 500hr. teacher training certificate.
