l'm George and I'm a yoga teacher with a great passion for helping guide others to practice self-care, self-acceptance and empowerment.

After struggling with mental health problems, throughout my teens and the same issues reappearing in my early twenties, I set out to try and find a way to help me create a healthy and long lasting mind and body relationship. Travelling across South East Asia and Europe over the last few years, set me on a course of self-improvement, learning and adventure.

Originally I am from a quiet corner of the South West of England, and I have recently started a new chapter of travel at the end of 2016. I know call my battered backpack 'home'.
