Christina Martini, international yoga instructor, advanced practitioner emphasis Ashtanga Yoga , licensed nurse focused on health and wellness. Her experience of practicing nursing, advocating health and wellness to her patients and incorporating yoga practices as a practitioner and instructor has brought therapeutic benefits to her students and clients.

Her sequences of Yoga postures, breath, meditation and mindfulness becomes an important asset and tools to help decrease stress and improve overall health and well-being.

Christina has taught yoga, stress reduction, breathing exercises, and guided relaxation and meditation since 2009 in yoga studios, health clinics, corporate settings, medical centers, and her own yoga studio (www.shalasantoshayoga.com/Bío). students vary from all levels and walks of life, from beginners, highly inflexible people, athletes and sports teams, individuals recovering from illness, post op surgery and seasoned yoga practitioners to daily practitioners and clients.

She is passionate working with individuals who experiences musculoskeletal pain such as back, knees, and shoulders, mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, and chronic stress, in addition to body image concerns, she has worked with clients and practitioners with eating disorders, basic inflexibility or strength concerns.

Her personal mission is to help each individual to have their personal practice, their personal growth and development through yoga therapy practice that supports their journey towards health ,happiness and overall emotional, physical, spiritual well being .
