Chantelle Heldt

The weblog (www.chantelleheldt.com) is an online mindfulness platform designed to be both a demonstration and collection of insights and fragments of ideas upon each of my meditation sessions. Here the integration of mindfulness is expressed through the sight of various media-forms for the purpose of capturing mindfulness in the moment and presenting it in a simplistic, modern perspective. Alongside photographic and graphic forms I will include written pieces through online publications and newspaper articles. This self-titled blog works as a collated portfolio of my past and current works involving mindfulness.
Each of the posts are my own and are in the style of a journal or log which is published after each meditative practice session. One of the main aims of the blog is to share my findings through broader social media to educate and equip others interested in spiritual and personal growth. Through this platform I will emphasis my intrinsic point of view of mindfulness with limited descriptive analysis so the reader is presented with a simplistic reading experience.
The weblog tracks and publicizes the progress of my own transcendental and collaborative ambitions as well as to benefit those treading alongside a similar path.
It is a place in development which aims to kindle communication and spread insight in the forms of short projects, group discussions and engaging in thought-provoking art-forms that can birth new ideas and concepts for the innovative creative. I will be planning & working on the compositions of non-fictional publications, conceptual & landscape photography, mindfulness books, articles and more.
Ideally I am looking to expand my brief blog entries into extensive readings which readers can read in hardcopy books or daily journals. All written and visual work hovers around the idea of conceptualization through mindfulness and solidifying it into something more tactile and tangible that can be quite useful in the real world.
