Amy is a yoga teacher and a psychotherapist who spends her days teaching people to listen to their own divine wisdom. Amy’s been living from her heart since childhood, and has been dedicated to helping others overcome suffering for as long as she can remember. She found yoga when she was looking for a better way to live and the practice of asana and meditation has allowed her to find a deeper sense of peace. Her classes marry the landscape of the human mind with the anatomy of the human body and aim to empower students to heal themselves. Amy’s teaching is informed by her sense of humor and the perspective she gained from years of world travel, studying in India, living in Shanghai, and in Hawaii where she lived for 9 years and began her journey as a yoga teacher.
