As a new professional I am trying to find a balance between work, play, and self-care. I have always found meditation a soothing outlet and working in the mental health field has shown me just how powerful the mind can be. Yoga is a great complement to my work as a crisis counselor and I look forward to seeing the ways yoga impacts my life!
