Lauren’s academic background is rooted in
health and wellness. She earned a
Master’s of Acupuncture and
Chinese Herbal Medicine from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she developed a deep understanding of
Eastern medicine and holistic healing. This education has enriched her approach to yoga instruction, allowing her to integrate
ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices.
