As an E-RYT 500 based in Atlanta, she has combined her professional skills as a mental health expert with her extensive educational background in Architecture, English, Historic Preservation, and Social Work.
Career Shift and Yoga Discovery
After years in historic preservation, Lauren pivoted to mental health, inspired by her husband's post-military experiences. Her initial encounter with yoga was a search for a gentle, healing exercise, which eventually led to profound physical and mental recovery.

Lauren is highly qualified, holding various certifications including RCYT, RPYT, CMT, and as a Reiki Master and Ayurvedic Nutritionist. Her yoga training includes Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Adaptive Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Teaching, equipping her to cater to diverse needs.

She practices and teaches multiple yoga styles, favoring Tantra yoga for personal practice and focusing on Children’s Yoga and Prenatal yoga for teaching. Her trauma-informed approach integrates therapeutic movement and breathwork, enhancing the healing experience.
