Originally from Virginia, Jackie discovered yoga while traveling through Central America. This initial encounter was more than just a physical practice—it was a gateway to self-discovery. After returning to Washington, DC, she deepened her practice under the guidance of respected teachers and completed a five-month intensive teacher training with Mimi Rieger in 2013.
