Breath for a healthy mind and life

Lately, you might have heard about people coming together to breathe…and reporting on phenomenal experiences. Are you wondering what this is all about? Breathwork is a powerful tool for accelerated bodily transformation, which enables us to re-pattern our body-mind systems and works to help address core issues instead of symptoms.

By bringing awareness to our breathing, following a simple technique, we reconnect to the free flow of a life-force energy and this enables the unlocking and release of tensions held within. The body’s interrupted impulses or outside interruptions, as well as deeply imprinted primal conditioning, is all calmed. It is remarkable how quickly we can clear what holds us back and open up to our authentic selves.

As our awareness begins to expand, our perceptions shift and we start to remember the magic of who we truly are and the potential that lies within us. Through this breathe work you can directly experience deep levels of presence, clarity, and insight.

Breath work is suitable for any one interested in powerful, experiential and accelerated methods of healing and self-mastery of the mind. No prerequisite is required, only the willingness to explore beyond the known and an interest in your inner self. The benefits of Deep Conscious Breathing are so vast, here are just a few examples:

Breath detoxifies the body.
Deep breathing releases toxins and strengthens the immune system.
The body has a tendency to become quite acidic, with the proper breath work you can work to alkalize the body to maintain proper health.

Oxygen is the most essential resource required for our cells. We can go without food for up to 40 days and without water for 3 days, yet we can die after just a few minutes without breath. From a purely physical point of view, breath equals life. The quality of our breath helps to relax the mind and enhance the ability to learn, focus, concentrate, memorize and let go of suppressed emotions.

Increased intake of oxygen helps us to achieve clarity, feel grounded and boosts productivity. It also relieves stress, anxiety, depression and negative thought patterns. Breathing properly can help us overcome addictive patterns of behavior and eating disorders, as well as igniting creativity and passion.

Breathing deeply helps to release tension in the diaphragm and primary breathing muscles, relieving many long-term respiratory issues such as asthma and breathlessness. It opens up the chest, releasing tension within the intercostal muscles and around the scapula, allowing for a more balanced posture.

To say it in a poetic way: While we breathe consciously, physical limits disappear and we can observe the edges of our body as nothing more than an outline drawn in cosmic chalk. We can explore our extraordinary capacity for consciousness, revealing more about ourselves and the world around us, awakening that unpredictable, fascinating, edge-walking authenticity that is whole, sovereign and free.

So, are you ready to let go of trying to fit into an existing modus operandi that keeps generating struggle and stress? Are you willing to move into resonance and ease as a way of being? To move from “working on” your life to consciously creating your life, using a simple breathing technique? Rather than accumulating more mental concepts, why not try to explore by direct experience, by connecting to your innate intelligence through breathwork.
