30 minute yoga routine mornings | My husband and I have created a simple yet super-efficient routine on how we start our mornings. (yes, we could even call it our rituals!) We do all of this before we sit at our computer and it works magically for us. We are inviting you to give it a try.

If you can maintain this routine for a period of 21 days, you will experience a major shift in the way you feel throughout your day.

Find below 7 ways to start your morning with a powerful daily routine!

SHAKING – 2 minutes

The idea here is to explore the energy and embodiment of our emotions through the expressive technique called shaking.

It helps to experience our emotion with its intensity, movement, and even sound at times while remaining present and aware (grounded) in the body.

Stand straight and spent just 2 minutes shaking your body from toes to head without trying to control the movement. See our video below o;-).
