The shop has a wonderfully enticing range of foods, while also offering a range of excellent options for people with allergies and food intolerances, it's definitely worth a wander inside. Something particularly exciting is the delicious freshly backed gluten free buckwheat bread available every Tuesday and Saturday.
As for the cafe, it is one of the top healthy spots for lunch as they do an incredible lunch time buffet that is priced on weight. You can load your plate with a variety of dishes and just pay for exactly what you eat, so easy! The selection offers both hot and cold foods and cater for vegetarians and meat eaters. The pumpkin curry and mixed red and brown rice is one of the favourites.
It is reassuring to know that the shop takes care to offer a healthy, nutritious and organic range of foods which is a priceless find in UAE. They have a large supply of organic local produce which is used as much as possible to reduce the environmental footprint of importing food.
On Fridays there is a brunch on that is a healthier alternative to the delicious but glutinous offerings at various hotels across town. At just under AED100 the brunch offers excellent value and is popular with families and children. The fresh coconuts are a big hit with children which is a lovely change from drinking soda, who wouldn't love the Organics.
