Muse-see-ems los angeles

Having lots of fun with your kids isn’t hard to do, but sometimes it can take a little planning. Museums are great places to relax together, they have beautiful courtyards, one-of-a-kind bookstores and you’ll likely discover a collection of artwork or singular design that will stimulate conversation for weeks to come. YT puts you on the pulse of our top picks with these six ideas for taking the ho-hum out of having fun!

1. Kidspace Children’s Museum

Put on your exploring cap on as you wade through giant kaleidoscopes, climbing towers and archeological treasures at Kidspace Children’s Museum. In April, be sure to stop by for Caterpillar Adoption Days where kids can take home a caterpillar kit and witness their little friend’s transformation into a butterfly. Admission is free on the first Tuesday of every month.

2. Zimmer Children’s Museum

Say ahoy to adventure at the Zimmer Children’s Museum. Dress the part as you explore cultures from around the world. On April 13th, celebrate Jewish heritage at the Passover Mega-Festival.
