Considered a founding mother in the raw indonesian movement, Dayu, trained with many of the of the most vibrant Raw Chefs. She opened up the first Raw “Warung” style restaurant in Bali (Warung means cafe in Indonesia, and is a self-serve traditional family buffet style). In a relaxed and warm atmosphere, Dayu offers wonderful raw creations. Dayu is very knowledgeable and welcoming. Her drinks and smoothies are amazing and she is really committed to healthy delicious food. The best part is that the food is inexpensive too! It’s a great experience. After eating my way around Ubud this has to be the best value for quality food in Bali, a must visit.
Every day Dayu makes up a new cake. I tried the avocado, chocolate beetroot cake and it totally blew me away. The food is prepared with a lot of love and care. Dayu is such an incredibly funny lady, I left the place with a huge smile on my face.
