Gregory Ormson teaches YOGA AND LEATHER: Yoga for Bikers, at Superstition Harley Davidson in Apache Junction, AZ. He's worked as an ordained clergy in the Protestant tradition, a college instructor, retreat leader, corporate trainer, and speech writer.
In the last six years he's published over 80 articles on yoga in 16 national and international publications and journals. In 2017 he won the Lyrical Narrative Non Fiction Award from Eastern Iowa Review for "Midwest Intimations." Ormson leads yoga breath, breath of life workshops accompanied by his bakti style band, SAT SONG.
Ormson's doctoral project explored the power of touch for healing in liminal and ritual environments. He's an alumnus of The Chicago Theological Seminary; Chicago, Illinois; The University of Wisconsin, La Crosse; La Crosse, Wisconsin; Northern Michigan University, Marquette, Michigan; and Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Columbus, Ohio.
