Sherezade Ruano

 Sherezade trained as a Hatha Yoga Cardiac and Cancer Therapist in the US under the guidance of renewed teachers who are closely involve in high standard research looking at the benefits of Yoga for chronic illnesses.

Sherezade qualified as a Yoga teacher by Triyoga in London, and is a member of The British Wheel of Yoga. She is also a registered Cardiac Research Nurse specialising in arrhythmias with extensive knowledge in clinical practice. Sherezade works closely with high standard medical practitioners and organisations such as The British Heart Foundation (BHF), providing the best quality of care in Western medicine, thus bringing the holistic perspective of optimising the function of every system in the body through Yoga, Nutrition and Mindfulness.
