When I'm not writing, doing yoga, or teaching yoga, you can probably find me with my nose stuck in a book (be it a novel or a book on, you guessed it, yoga), drinking coffee and green juice (though not at the same time!), and sprinting through the streets of Westchester, New York with my tiny dog.
