The Owner’s Touch
Diana, the owner, is delightful and offers cooking classes in a pavilion. She’s always available at the office for anything guests need, from organizing temple trips to giving snorkeling advice and dining suggestions.
Her passion for raw/vegan cuisine, being a Southeast Asian pioneer since 2005, caters excellently to dietary preferences.
Villa Experience
We stayed in Senyum, a spacious villa with two bedrooms, a beautiful green garden, a private pool, and a bale-facing Pemuteran Beach.
The main bedroom offers a spectacular garden and beach view, ideal for watching stunning sunrises. The downstairs bathroom is large and partly outdoor, featuring an outdoor shower and a bathtub the size of a small pool.
Local Charm and Activities around Puri Ganesha
The location in Pemuteran presents a different side of Bali, quiet and relaxed even during peak season.
The locals are friendly, greeting everyone with ‘circles of light’ and smiles. Exploring local temples and farms offers a delightful glimpse into the local lifestyle.
Beach and Dining
Pemuteran Beach, though serene, is lined with cafes, restaurants, dive shops, and picturesque spots.
Walking along the beach, you’ll find Puri Ganesha in a quieter area, ideal for a peaceful experience.
The food served at the resort is varied and delicious, including the best banana pancakes.
