Drink it and feel younger, fitter and fresher than ever. 

How to make turmeric tea:

Take a cup of water in a saucepan. 

Bring it to boil. Add some grated ginger in the boiling water. 

For strong flavour, add 1 cinnamon stick (a pinch of cinnamon powder) and 2-3 black peppercorns. 

Add some milk for thick consistency . 

Lastly, add 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (1 stick).

Filter it and add Sliced Orange or lime for fruity flavor.

Ingredients

• Milk of your choice
• 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
• Sliced Orange or lime.
