The Sound of Less Yoga Poetry Poem

it’s what you leave out

removing those things that distort…

assumption & splash, ego & winning

the price we pay for amplifying

doing the math with each unfolding moment

distilling down

down to the essence

then, just as it is

enough said

being without…   without accoutrements and such

in the sum of light

awakening to just this, just this, just this

how the glow finds me here in the reduction

the call and response

white so considerate, so candid

tracing somebody that i used to know 

and in the simplicity and all its pomp

in this sum of light…

equation solved

it’s what you leave out, what is left unsaid

this is how we arrive

this is the sound of less
