Hello my yogi friends!

Have you noticed when you look around in this big city that everyone is rushing to get somewhere? So much to do, so little time. It’s hard for a dog to sit back, have a scratch and chew on a good bone.

I want to talk to you about taking time to relax – and I mean really relax: not watching TV, or reading, or even sleeping. To truly relax your self, come into savasana: lie on your back with your legs apart and your arms out from your body.

Close your eyes, start to breathe deeply and then feel your paws, tail and whiskers relaxing. See if you can make every muscle in your body relax. Keep your thoughts on your breath moving in and out of you, so that your mind stays relaxed.

Yogi Doggi likes to stay here at leas five minutes so that he feels completely refreshed and relaxed. Ah! That feels so good.
