Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender (vitamix) until smooth.
Garnish with more saurkraut, some dulse flakes, marigold petals and sprigs of fresh herbs on hand and a drizzle of olive oil if desired.
Notes & tips: Use any fresh produce and fats on hand such as avocado or olive oil or almond butter
Serve with homemade flax seed crackers.
