with chocolate topping...or not!
In a food processor, blend the dates and the agave syrup (or honey) and slowly add all other ingredients, with the cherries being last. Pour the beautifully blended mix into large mixing bowl.

With wet hands, mix the dough until you reach a clustered texture.

On a baking sheet, form a large and thick rectangle using the entire mixture (about 1/4 inch)

Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.

Remove the mixture from the fridge, and cut into desirable sized bars – make a big one just for you for all your cooking effort. Scoop the raw chocolate over each cut bar and spread chocolate to cover the top of each.

Refrigerate so the chocolate sets - keep bars in refrigerator until gone, which wont be long!

For the bars

  • 1 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Cashews
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Cherries
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Pistachios
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 8-10 Pitted Dates
  • 3-4 Tbs Agave syrup or Honey

    For the raw chocolate topping
  • 2 Tsp Raw Cocoa Powder (Van Houten powder if raw not available)
  • 3 Tbs Raw Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbs Agave to taste (or raw honey)
  • Mix all in a food processor
