Prepare two soup bowls and place one tablespoon of miso past in each bowl. Pour hot water in each bowl and mix the miso paste into the water.
On a cutting board, cut the onion finely and shred the cabbage in very slim pieces. Shred the carrot with a stainless hand shredder and add all ingredients evenly in each soup bowl.
Drizzle some sesame oil and a few drop of Braggs (similar to soy sauce), and serve immediately and enjoy a delicious raw miso soup ful of enzime that well support your disgestive system.
