Mix by hand the first four ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Slowly drizzle in the coconut oil a little bit at a time, mixing steadily with the spoon. How much oil you use will depend on the dryness of the cacao and the climate conditions. Continue mixing strongly until you get a glossy look and a rubbery, caramel-like consistency. Shape into discs. Garnish with chopped almonds and cacao nibs. Refrigerate.
Keep in refrigerator or freezer.
