or, doing things to help other people
Namaste, dear yogis. This morning my favorite ball got stuck in the tallest tree in the backyard. I jumped and I climbed, but nothing would get that ball down. Then my neighbor knocked on the door with a ladder, so we could climb up together and get the ball. I guess he had seen me scratching around at the bottom of the tree. He went straight up and got it for me!
Yogi Doggi loves it when people help him out! It makes him feel so good. And what’s more, he loves to help people out in return – that makes him feel good too. Helping other people (or Karma Yoga) is a great way to give and to receive – and to make the world a better place.
It can alo be seen as the process of achieving perfection in action and as a yoga of selfless (altruistic) service.
